Xinjiang Wenxing Potato Industry Co., Ltd. was established on August 23, 2023, with a registered capital of 45 million yuan and a total investment of 257 million yuan, of which 227 million yuan is fixed asset investment.

Invested by Wenxing Agricultural Group (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., the company leverages Wenxing Group's over 20 years of experience in the potato industry, boasting a broad market both domestically and internationally. Xinjiang Wenxing Potato Industry Co., Ltd. is committed to the entire potato industry chain: a professional company integrating planting, processing, and sales.

The project is planned in three phases. The first two phases have a total construction area of 48,617.66 square meters. Phase one includes the construction of a new 8,464-square-meter raw material warehouse (No. 2), a 1,410-square-meter turnover warehouse, a 4,692.52-square-meter production workshop, a 792.8-square-meter boiler room, a 1,182.96-square-meter coal shed, a 3,969.46-square-meter comprehensive office building, a 185.25-square-meter parking garage, a 35.2-square-meter low-voltage power distribution room, a 792-square-meter sewage treatment plant, and other supporting facilities. The project includes: a 10,000-ton/year potato flake flour production line (daily processing capacity of 300 tons of potatoes, daily output of 50 tons of finished potato flake flour, production cycle of 250 days); and a second phase of construction including: new raw material warehouses (No. 1, No. 3, and No. 4) totaling 27,724 square meters, the 10,000-ton/year potato flake flour production line, and supporting utilities and auxiliary facilities. Construction began at the end of May 2024, with trial production planned for the end of September. The estimated investment for 2024 is 80 million yuan.

The second potato flake flour production line is scheduled to be operational by the end of September 2025, producing 20,000 tons of potato flake flour annually, with sales exceeding 200 million yuan. Upon completion, this project will ensure 30,000-40,000 mu of industrial planting in the 77th Regiment, promoting agricultural restructuring, generating significant social benefits, and creating over 100 jobs.

The third phase of the plan is to build one potato flour production line with an annual output of 10,000 tons and two potato starch production lines with an annual output of 200 million tons each. After the completion of the three potato flour production lines and the two starch production lines, it will ensure the supply of potatoes to the 100,000 mu potato planting base in the 77th Regiment and the surrounding area every year, bringing 400 million yuan in sales and 100 million yuan in profit to the growers, while also creating 300 permanent jobs in the 77th Regiment and the surrounding area.
